At Taylor Financial Recruitment (TFR) we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use and process your personal data.

Why do we collect your personal information?
TFR Ltd is a Recruitment Agency and we collect your personal data in order to facilitate the recruitment process. We only ask for your personal data so that we can keep you informed about relevant job opportunities. We therefore request to hold your personal data. If you do not allow us to do this, we will be legally required to remove you from our database.

What information do we collect?
We only collect the data that you provide, i.e. the data you put on your CV, and any additional information you send to us. Typically, this includes your name, contact details, including phone number, email and postal address, current and previous employers, and details of your work, skills and experience, education and qualifications. Remuneration including desired salary or rate, photo identification such as a copy of driving licence and/or copy of passport. We will then store relevant details of our relationship which could include details such as records of interviews, opportunities we have put you forward for, information you have provided to us such as CV and copies of correspondence. We may store further information where we have placed you which could include start and end dates. It is not in our policy to seek sensitive personal data unless requirement for further recruitment purposes, legally required or reasonably necessary for ongoing relationship with you. If you do provide sensitive data for any reason, we accept this as your consent to use such data in ways of described in this Privacy Notice.

Personal data provided by you.
TFR Ltd will need to know certain information about you in order to be able to provide a quality recruitment service to you. There are a number of ways you can share your personal details with us, these include but are not limited to;
-Applying for jobs through a job aggregator which we have advertised
-Emailing or sharing your CV to a Recruiter at TFR Ltd
-Entering your details on our website as part of the registration process

Personal data we obtain from other sources
We may obtain personal information about you from searching for potential candidates from third-party sources, such as job sites , LinkedIn and social media. If you ‘follow’ our page on LinkedIn or ‘follow’ us on Twitter we will receive your personal data from those sites.

Who will it be collected by?
When registering with us, every Recruiter at TFR Ltd will have access to your data. If you apply for a position advertised by us, the Recruiter who is working on this position will have access to it.

What will be we do with your personal data?
We will hold your personal data;
-To be able to match you to the most suitable position according to your experience and background -We may use your personal information to contact you to discuss a suitable opportunity
-We may use your data for the purpose of identification

Who will we share your personal data with?
We will only share your personal details with;
- Our client who is looking to fill a position you applied for (before we share your details with our client, we will ask for your consent)
- Potential employers to increase your chances of finding suitable employment
- Using your information to keep in touch with you

We may use the information we hold about you in order to contact you in the following ways;
-To advise you of new suitable employment opportunities
-To advise you of changes to our terms
-To advise you of any security concerns

How long will we hold your data?
We will hold your data for a minimum of 1 year and no longer than three years after our last meaningful contact with you before seeking confirmation that you are happy for us to continue to hold your data. ‘Meaningful contact’ can be in the forms of written or verbal communication between us and you. We also consider communication from you regarding potential roles as meaningful contact. Your rights You can request full visibility of the information we have for you within one month of request. You also have the right to request removal or correction of your personal data without explanation. This removal and/or correction will take effect within one month of the request
